Hi @frmdev,
It seems that you are having an issue with WPBakery authentication. I believe you should check your license or contact them directly.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers!

Thanks for the reply @rollybueno !
We have installed the theme provided by envato elements so we don’t have licence of WPBakery to authenticate this issue. Is there any other way to fix it?
I see, in this case, you should contact Evanto since it was bundled with their theme.
Cheers!
Can you try updating WPBakery to the latest version (if it isn’t already updated)? Usually we try this approach first, and in about 80% of the time it works for us 🙂
If that doesn’t help, we then try to deactivate plugins temporarily (one by one), except WPBakery, to see if that solves the issue (due to some interoperability issues with some of the installed plugins, it can help, especially after updates).
The “Unauthorized Activity Detected” error sometimes might be triggered by security plugins or server rules, so you can try temporarily disabling any security plugins, or contact your hosting provider to check if their firewall is blocking WPBakery activities – this problem happened to us for some other plugins, not this one specifically, but it might help you out.
I don’t know if you can also delete and reinstall WPBakery to see if there are any corrupted files causing the problem; it’s worth trying at the end, BUT don’t forget to backup your site before that (I usually use All in one WP Migration plugin for that, but you have others such as Duplicator, UpdraftPlus, WPVivid, etc).
