Issue/Error Message AFTER installing WP Review Plug-in…

Hello,
My website (asouthernwriter.com) was working fine until I installed the WP Review plug-in. When I tried to install it, I got this error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home3/ab8712/public_html/asouthernwriter.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-review/includes/functions.php on line 331 .

I can only access the main page and if I hit the back button, I have access to the dashboard. However, when I get to the dashboard, I cannot click on anything as I still get the error message. I can’t even log out. I’m not sure if it’s conflicting with my theme, my host, or whatever. If there are any solutions, please respond.

Also, I have other sites attached to this domain and they are working fine. It’s just this one after I installed the plug-in.
