Issues After Upgrade

A few things seem to be working differently after I upgraded. Site is christopherorlowski.net

My home page is not showing images in thumbnail format. I want it to look the same as the “annual reports” page.

The view previous/next posts buttons are no longer showing up at the bottom of the page.

On posts where I have included an image gallery (“publications” and “brochures”) I’d like to eliminate the featured image on the post and just show the gallery. Is this possible?
