Hi
Cheers for quick reply
01 Please see this img https://imgur.com/a/PjMBhRX = I do not see anywhere in Form Sections “tickets” to disable/hide
02 The 404 bug – Please go into this link, You can simply click on any of the 2 test events that are on the Plugin Calander on homepage there, none of those work. The one with featured image DID work for a while, then suddenly stopped working.
03 Green Notice – Of course I understand how it works, but I want to replace it… it is not very user friendly, could be better to Redirect to a page of choice 😉
THANK YOU for your time!!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Disabling/Hiding Tickets in Form Sections:
To hide or disable the “Tickets” section, please uncheck the “Event Booking” checkbox within the Forms Section. This will remove the tickets section from your event forms.
404 Error for Events in the Calendar:
The 404 error may occur if the plugin’s pages are not correctly assigned. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to “Events” in the sidebar menu and select “Settings”.
- Within the “Pages” submenu, ensure all necessary pages are correctly assigned.
- Confirm that each page includes the appropriate shortcode.
If the issue persists after these steps, please let us know, and we’ll assist further.
Replacing the Green Notice:
We understand your preference to improve user-friendliness by redirecting users to a custom page instead of displaying the green notice. While this feature isn’t available we have forwarded your request to our planning and development team for further consideration and action.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Hey,
cheers again for quick reply!
01 Of course I’ve checked before, but confirmed: all shortcuts on pages are cool
02 I did not say there was any bug in any page 🙂 The BUGS are in POSTS = the posts (events) created by the plugin are no-where to be found, the URL’s are not right, even after updating permalinks
Even when I go backpanel to see the event posts, e.g. “…wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=em_event” and click on “View” each of the demo events I’ve added, i get 404 on all of them
I will try to reproduce the bug maybe on some other website where I could give you WP Panel access….
thank you for trying to help!
