• First, I should say that I’m changing my review because it’s me who have misunderstood the last email from the customer care assistance. After I asked for more information, showing I was not satisfied with the assistance, they answered me kindly and fast, providing me some more information.

    However, I think the plugin is not very easy to use and that the list of templates could be organized better to make them easier to find.

    Hello @zad97,

    Sorry to hear that! However, I went through your ticket and found that we’ve definitely looked into this and got back to you with a possible solution that you’ll need to check with your hosting service provider.

    Moreover, we’ve also looked into the blog posts on your website and the service page (that do not come from the Starter Templates plugin) and found that the images aren’t been seen there too. So, this isn’t something that is coming only through the Starter Templates plugin.

    If you still need clarity with this and further help, please reply to us through the ticket so that we can look further to find the root cause and help.
