    Hi all,

Apologies if I’m posting in the wrong place, if I am please direct me to where this should be posted. The issue I’m having is explained below:

I’m a beginner with WordPress, and I’m learning how to build and create my first website. I’ve purchased the “Porto” theme and I’m using Elementor to edit the site. While using Elementor I’m trying to duplicate a section from my home page and trying to add the exact same section to my about Us page.

After I copy and paste it, it shows incorrectly, but all of the Elementor settings in the pasted version are the exact same as the good/copied version, so there’s nothing that I can easily change as a beginner to fix and change the layout.

Can someone help advise what might be causing this issue and why I can’t simply copy and paste items with Elementor, what am I doing wrong?

Again, I purchased “Porto” theme, so I think the element I’m using and trying to copy and paste is from Porto rather than an Elementor item.

In that case, you’ll have to reach out to the vendor for the “Porto” theme for help.

WordPress support volunteers here are not given to paid themes (and plugins). So we’re unable to install the specific theme and help you troubleshoot this.

The folks that built and sold the theme should be in the best position to help you.

Please see Porto theme support info here: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399/support

    Good luck!
