Issues moving from Local to Server

Has anyone had issues activating the plugin on your live server? It works perfectly for me on my local version, but as soon as I activate on my server I’m getting this error:

I have re-uploaded the plugin files multiple times and checked to make sure all folders and files are the same filesize for comparison. But, no luck.

Could this be server specific and not something with the plugin?
