Sliders wont load on mobile. You get the loading icons but the site never loads. Seems to be working fine on desktop. Can you assist?

    Hi @dgteam!

Currently I don’t see our slider being on your page, and the image won’t load either. Did you remove the slider, because you couldn’t leave it out there like this on your live website?

When you only see a loading icon which never finishes, that means there is a JavaScript error on the page. Currently I don’t really see any issues on your page like this, but if you see a different result on mobiles from what you see on desktop, a caching plugin might have a connection to the issue. I see that you are using Endurance Page Cache. The way caching plugins are working is, that they are showing the non-cached version of the website for logged in administrators (and on desktop, people are usually logged in), while the cached version for logged out users (on your phone). So it would worth a shot trying to turn this plugin off, to see if the problem is caused by it or not.

If this won’t help and you would still like to make it work, please either leave a slider published on one of your pages, or contact us here:
