Issues regarding context

I’m using the AI Engine WordPress plugin and have encountered a few issues that I’d love your help with. Here are the details:
- Conversation Context: When a conversation is ongoing, the bot doesn’t seem to retain context well. If I ask about shipping details for about 5-6 conversation it keeps giving exactly trained data and links and all, and then suddenly ask about account information it failed to give exact data and links related to it, it doesn’t provide the exact trained data. However, if I clear the conversation data and ask same question, it works fine and gives exact trained data. Is there a way to improve context retention?
- Long Chat Responses: The bot’s responses are often lengthy, which increases token usage. Can we configure the plugin to provide shorter answers or limit the number of tokens used per response?
- Untrained Data Responses: Despite enabling content awareness, the bot still responds to untrained data. Example: If I ask write a Hello world in python, it writes which I don’t need; Can you help me fine-tune the settings to filter out these responses?
- Feature Request: Product-Specific Q&A Widget for WooCommerce
I’d like to request a feature that allows me to create a Q&A widget specifically for WooCommerce products(single product). This widget would use the AI Engine’s capabilities to provide accurate and relevant answers to customer questions about specific product(single product).
Here’s how I envision it working:
- Product-Specific Training Data: The widget would be trained on product-specific data, such as product descriptions, specifications, and FAQs and others.
- Contextual Understanding: The widget would understand the context of the product and provide relevant answers to customer questions.
- Integration with WooCommerce: The widget would be seamlessly integrated with WooCommerce, allowing customers to ask questions about specific products and receive accurate answers for that specific product only.
- Customization Options: I’d like to have customization options for the widget, such as the ability to adjust the tone and style of the responses, as well as the ability to add custom questions and answers.
This feature would greatly enhance the customer experience on my WooCommerce store and provide valuable support to my customers. I’d appreciate it if you could consider adding this feature to your plugin.
