Issues Resolved & Support Superb!

I was so happy to find a plugin that would take the place of Smushit. Shortpixel is so much more user friendly and worth a (low cost) one-time optimization or even monthly subscription. After some initial complications with the Bulk Optimization feature, which did cause my site to temporarily crash, but once up and running, ShortPixel quickly offered their support. Alex gave constant responsive communication for him to test cautiously and once OK, he did it all (over 14,000 images). His help has been stupendous, above & beyond most any customer support I’ve received.

The plugin is now running smoothly on all 4 of my sites. I would highly recommend getting and with the confidence in knowing you’ll get superb support if needed.
