Issues syncing orders with Woocommerce

When I take sell tickets with eventin through Woocommerce the orders are collected fine and processed at the Woocommerce level. However, on the Eventin side, the orders all display a failed payment status (they show completed/processing on the WooCommerce side).
Also on the attendee details page, the order ID/Woocommerce order ID is blank. The woocommerce order ID does have a drop down to manually select an order ID from woocommerce, however once the attendee details page is saved/updated it reverts to being blank.
The Purchase report page doesn’t update with any orders when the report button is clicked. The purchase report page shows the total tickets, tickets remaining, tickets sold, however the total revenue column is not getting updated. It remains at 0.
