    When I take sell tickets with eventin through Woocommerce the orders are collected fine and processed at the Woocommerce level. However, on the Eventin side, the orders all display a failed payment status (they show completed/processing on the WooCommerce side).

    Also on the attendee details page, the order ID/Woocommerce order ID is blank. The woocommerce order ID does have a drop down to manually select an order ID from woocommerce, however once the attendee details page is saved/updated it reverts to being blank.

    The Purchase report page doesn’t update with any orders when the report button is clicked. The purchase report page shows the total tickets, tickets remaining, tickets sold, however the total revenue column is not getting updated. It remains at 0.

    Eventin Pro version: 3.3.44

    Woocommerce version: 8.7.0

    We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. 

    Would you please confirm to us that you changed your thank you page somehow? Or have you ever tried with any other theme to check if it is working correctly on your side with the successful attendee?

    It can be done to customize the WooCommerce thank you page to not make this successful. We have to check it first. Would you please visit our landing site on Eventin and reach out to us more? So that we can deeply check your site to see whether the thank you page is working correctly or not
