Issues using Multisite and Clean Login

We have a new WP Multisite installation and would love to use this plugin. It doesn’t seem to work, however. When attempting to login, the url redirects to http://publisher.vibe.me/?authentication=disabled. Also, on the Settings screen, all of the short codes say “Currently not used.” Any suggestions?
