Issues using Windows Server for WP installation?

    I am planning to install WP on a Windows server. I have read through the ww.wp.xz.cn installation instructions, and i dont see any issues there… just wondering if anyone has real experience with windows server and wordpress. This will be for a new web site, so i dont have the URL yet. Thank you.
