issues whit filters in edit.php

Hi,

when I access the edit.php of a custom post type in the editor and I try to filter the posts for author (ex: siteurl.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=myCPT&author=1) the panel displays all posts of the author, including regular one and other custom post types.
