Issues with 2FA access

Several of my clients with various websites using Wordfence are reporting to me that they are having trouble logging in the last few weeks. They put in their correct password. They get to the 2FA screen. They put in correct 2FA codes from their authenticator apps. They end up in a loop where they are asked their username and password again.
We checked, and they do have third party cookies enabled for the login page. I also tried to log in with my admin account on those sites. Sometimes I’m also blocked, sometimes I can get in.
Some clients have tried using their recovery codes at the 2FA point. Sometimes that works, sometimes that doesn’t.
As this is now affecting multiple sites, I’m concerned this is a Wordfence thing. I also see some similar posts here, so it’s not just us. Can Wordfence please look into this, and let us know when this can be fixed?
