    The plugin is great but we are having issues in operation with Android phones

    Even if only uploading one image, the message appears ‘Maximum 1 image is allowed’. Is this a generic message and the user is actually trying to upload a heif or heic file?

    If an unsupported file type is being uploaded it should say so I assume? If the file type is unsupported for compressing, could the system try to upload anyway?

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We’ll try to add the support of heif or heic files.

    And when a particular server doesn’t support handling of heif or heic files, it’s gonna show an error or a warning.
