Issues with captcha not showing up

Hi,

I installed your plugin last night and integrated it with a Contact Form 7 form. I noticed that the captcha is coming up every so often and not on every page load. This morning I noticed an error in my google dev account:

“We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA solutions less than 50% of the time. This could indicate a problem with your integration with reCAPTCHA. Please see our developer site for more information”

Of course, the developer site doesn’t yield any useful information because we do not have enough traffic generated to get logs. Any ideas where I can begin to look on the plugin side?
