    Update:
    I have disabled Siteground SG Optimizer (Supercacher) in both WordPress (plugin) and SiteGround console and the redirect issues seem to be solved! 🙂

    Any help on my second question about how to edit fields in the comment pages?

    There is no settings to hide terms and details for single image template.
    But you can add CSS to your theme’s style.css or to WP Customizer’s Custom CSS field:

    .gmsingle_terms, .gmsingle_details_section { display: none; }
