Hi Vishal,
The people who are submitting the events from the frontend are automatically assigned a role from the backend and approving the events submitted is in the hands of the Admin.
This is done so that the organizers themselves can handle their events from the frontend.

Priya
Hi Priya,
Thank you for your quick response. I was able to create an event without having an organizer role. I mean I am a customer (default subscriber role WordPress). I understand it will go for approval in backend but I am wondering if this should be not allowed first place until admin from backend assigns me an even manager or organizer role. So if I am only a customer and subscriber’s basic role, it should display you do not have an authentic role to create and submit events.

Vishal
Hi Vishal,
The plugin is made for global purposes and hence, not everyone wants to approve/ provide organizer role to individual organizers to list the events.
According to the current functionality, the plugin allows anyone on the frontend to list the events. You can further approve or decline the event listing.
You can customize this functionality with the help of a developer at your end.
Hope you understand.
Regards,
Priya
