Issues with generating a video poster

    Hi there
    I’m working on new website and I have some trouble with the opening video for the hero section.
    I would like to end the video with a static poster, but for some reason elementor does not showing the poster. instead he’s showing just a blank picture.
    I saw on some tutorials that there’s an option to chose the situation when to display the poster, but on my elementor (6.5.3 version) I get only to option to decide which photo to show as a poster, without the ability to chose when to display it.

    Appreciate any kind of help!

    Elementor is at version 3.21.x, the version you mentioned is that of WordPress. Are you possibly confusing PageBuilder Elementor with WordPress?

    I can easily see the poster image for the video when I call up your page. What I find rather strange is that you can’t start the video at all.

    Since you are using Elementor, I would recommend that you contact their support forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/elementor/

    Yes, I accidently wrote the version of WordPress…
    You probably couldn’t start the video because I shut down the automatically playing option while working on the website.
    For the moment I can see only the poster, and the automatically playing option is not working at all.

    I would again recommend the Elementor support forum for further questions: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/elementor/ – there are more users there who know the setting options of this PageBuilder.
