Issues with Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin Version 9.8.1

    Hello, I recently updated the Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin to Version 9.8.1 and can now no longer create anything. When I select “create style” and try to “save” the style, I see a spinning “loading icon” that continues to spin as if it is loading, but it never creates the new style. Also, I used to be able to see previews of the styles which are no longer available.

    Are these issues related to the most recent update? Is there a new update coming to address these issues?

    I tried my plugin with multiple sites and it’s working properly. in this version, there were minor bugs at general template 30 which were solved and given an update today.

    as you mention issues, I think there has a plugin conflict with your sites. I suggest you deactivate all plugins once to check the conflicting plugins.

    Thank you for your response! I updated the Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin to version 9.8.2, but I am still experiencing the same issues.

    After the update, I did as you suggested. I deactivated all of the plugins on my site, only reactivating the Image Hover Effects Ultimate plugin, and I am still experiencing the same issues. I also tried updating my PHP version, but still no change. The same problems remain.

    The good news is that all of my existing shortcodes work as they should, I can make changes to them and even clone them, but I will need to create new shortcodes in the future.

    Do you have any other troubleshooting suggestions?
