Issues with images

I’m having a bug where my newest author’s profile image is showing on another author’s profile. The second author has tried many times to fix this issue, reuploading his image, everything. He can’t get it fixed, and I can’t find the issue. When he removes his image completely, it works. Well, kinda. It removes the image completely. Whenever he uploads any image though, it shows up as the newest author’s image.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
