It sounds like there could be a conflict with another plugin or the theme. Can you please check the error_log file in your root folder and post any error you find there? Also, confirm the server’s PHP version.

Theme: Off the Shelf
Server version: 5.6.32-78.0-log
Plugins: Off the Shelf, Site Origin, Ninja Forms
I’ve duplicated the page and am debugging by removing plugins, but it seems to work if I use the text/visual editor, while it does not work once I switch back to Page Builder.
So if I add the plugin via text/visual, it works, then switch to Page Builder and it doesn’t work.
It seems Ninja forms is the opposite, but that’s for another forum.

So the problem is with Site Origin page builder only?
That’s correct. I didn’t know Site Origin was the creator of the Page Builder. I don’t do too much WordPress dev.

We have checked extensively with the site origin page builder. But was not able to duplicate the problem. I am afraid it might be something with the Off the Shelf theme. It is possible they made changes to the site origin page builder code from what is publicly available. To investigate further we need to check the theme package. But Off the Shelf is a premium theme. Is it possible for you to share the theme package by email with us? If so, please upload the theme package somewhere and email us the download link to [email protected]
