Issues with Mailchimp Integration

Hoping you can help.

When we enter our Mailchimp API key and click save, it says Mailchimp has been connected but nothing actually appears in the list. It still just says Local.

The only other plugin enabled that relates to Mailchimp is the Gravity Forms add-on but I have tried disabling that and still no luck.

I was hoping you might know what the issue is.

Yes its very simple. I have copied in an API key and clicked connect but the integration doesnt appear.

What else is there to do?

Hi @webfactoryuk,

Could you please share a full-page screenshot of what exactly you noticed? Do you notice any errors on the console side?

You can check the following doc on how to check console errors and please share than in the next response:

If you notice a console error, it would point that there might be a conflict. Would highly recommend running a conflict test and checkee whether it works fine if you temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Frominator and with a default WP theme too.
