I am working in a multisite environment and have a weird issue where some of the websites won’t allow me to view the users list in the dashboard when this plugin is turned on. I get a 500 error. I was just curious if this is something that has been seen before? Just trying to troubleshoot and assess my options.

    Thanks for the message.

User Switching shouldn’t have any effect on memory usage in this screen (or very little anyway). Are you sure it’s User Switching that causes the increased memory usage?

What’s the error message for the 500?

I really appreciate the quick reply. If I click on the list of Users in the dashboard, it will spin for a second and then give a 500 error saying the page isn’t working and it is unable to handle the request. Only happens on 2 or so sites within a multisite environment of 20+ websites. I have a few other plugins on there but just wanted to check and see if this is an issue that has come up before.

I haven’t seen any issues but there could be a bug in there. Or it might be a general memory issue in WordPress with displaying 500 users at once.

Your best bet is to look into your error log and find the error message, hopefully it’ll have something useful in it.
