Hi @mickhele,
Our plugin hasn’t been tested with object cache and I know object cache can cause all sorts of issues from my experience. So unfortunately I can’t guarantee a solution for you. However if you send a screenshot of the issue as well as provide the diagnostic information which is in the help tab, I can try and provide you assistance if possible.
Thanks,
Hi, to reproduce the issue is very simple.
1) find a server with Redis server installed;
2) install and enable the plugin “Redis Object Cache” (remember also to enable the cache on “Settings -> Redis -> Enable Object Cache”);
3) go to the plugins page of WordPress and see the red alert box below your plugin.
The strange behaviour is that only your plugin has this problem (and on my WordPress installations I’m using a lot of plugins but I’ve issue only with yours).
Hi @mickhele,
Sorry, I don’t have the capacity or resources to test under your specific server conditions. Thank you,
