    In Performance Lab plugin, keep these settings

     Enable WebP Uploads (Checked)

    Generate JPEG files in addition to WebP (Unchecked)

    I have observed that Web Stories attemps to load thumbnails in JPG format which won’t be available due to above settings. This causes 404.

    @thegulshankumar Hello there. Thank you for reaching out with your topic. We will be happy to help but need to gather a few more details to try and reproduce the issue exactly.

    1. Does this issue occur when you have only the Performance Lab plugin and Web Stories enabled? This will rule out any other plugin conflicts.
    2. It would be helpful if you could please share a screen recording of your experience using a service such as Loom or Recordit then share the URL here.
