    I hope this message finds you well. We have been using your plugin successfully until recently, when we encountered some unexpected issues that are affecting our operations:

    The checkout process no longer auto-selects our only pickup location in the pickup selection method. As a result, customers are unable to place orders for pickup.

    The bulk edit option in the WooCommerce admin orders page, which we use to change order statuses to “ready for pickup,” is no longer available.

    These issues have arisen suddenly and are causing significant inconvenience. Could you please assist us in resolving them at your earliest convenience?
