Issues with plug in

Hello,

I installed this plug-in yesterday on a recommendation from tech support at my hosting company. Tried it on one of my sites and could not get back in. I went into cpanel>file manager and made the change to the wp-config.php but it didn’t help. We still didnt have access. I had to rename the folder through cpanel, get into admin, return folder name and then delete the plug-in.

Why didn’t your fix work?

I can only assume that there is a conflict with another plug-in but in this case, how do I test this if it locks me out completely?
