Issues with plugin

Hello,

My website boldiva.in is facing issues and found malware during website opening.sometime i clicked on any category and it gets redirecting on any unwantented video links and other website.
i have run scan multiple times but nothing found any issue during scan.
i have got 7 files in approved files but when i tried to unapprove or delete i gets errorError happens: WEBSITE_RESPONSE_BAD REVERT_OK
There are 2 approved files related to invoice plugin..i have deactivated that plugin still cant delete or unapprove those files.
