We cannot get it to work properly. It was working well then the last 2-3 months it has failed .

We have people join as a member, it takes them to paypal to pay, then it should bring them back to our website to set up their account, this is where things go wrong.

I would appreciate any help that can lead me to someone that can come aboard and fix this issue for us. We are not a money making site, we are a tax free non-profit site that makes no income. We merely hold a registry for angel trumpet flowers. We are more than willing to hire help that can get us back on track .

    Hi @murphree

    I can help you.

I was going to mention that this forum is only for the Framework, and Pro questions are not allowed here, but I looked at your page and seems like a PayPal Standard Button, though, so it’s related to the Framework, not Pro, which is fine. If you could edit the subject line, not sure if the page allows it, that’d be great.

About the issue, could you show me the s2 shortcode you’re using for the button?

if you haven’t yet, please enable logging, reproduce the behavior (a 1 cent live transaction is fine), and show the the relevant entries from the logs (editing out any private info, e.g. names, email address).

    🙂

I was not aware of Pro not being allowed. It will not allow me to edit my subject line. I have messaged back via private email . Cristián Lávaque
