Hi @alexanderweb,
Like you mentioned in the query, I used the single-line text and changed its label to the same text that you mentioned in the example but when I saw the email. I got the same pound sterling sign and it was not being replaced by question marks. For reference, I have added a screenshot of the inbox here https://prnt.sc/pkvxmf
Please verify it again from your side and do let me know.
Regards!
Will test and report back shortly and thanks for the image to show you got the £ sign.
I will try again.
Hello @sharmadpk03
I had another look at the £ sign issue and MY FAULT as the issue is with the text label in CHECK BOXES.
I confused myself by trying all different methods to solve this issue.
I have 3 fields in the check box and if I use the £ sign in a label on the email I get ?? which replaces the £ sign
I confirm no issues if using the £ sign in a single text field
My apologies for the misinformation BUT appreciate all your feedback to my questions. I find the plugin excellent for all my uses and just trying to fine tune for a more complex form that requires the adding up and total fields plus the PayPal option which I now know is possible.
Alexander

Many thanks … do you agree the issue (not an issue just something I noticed) is with the CHECK BOXES and the use of the £ sign or do you get it to print correctly on the confirmation email?
