Issues with the PERMALINK

Hi,
I have the Pro version of this plugin on a web build with WP and Bricks Builder.
Issue:
When I write the “Title”, the Permalink doesn’t appear. The result is the phrase is selected with a green colour but there is no tooltip content. Nothing appears.
I really need help. Tooltips are essential on my site.
