Issues with uninstalling WP Super Cache

Unfortunately, I had to uninstall this plugin because of conflicts. I just want to check I have deleted everything I should have as my scenario was different to the instructions.
I deleted the plugin before clearing cache so I re-loaded, rightly or wrongly and cleared cache. I removed WP Cache Define from wp-config.php and also define (‘WPLANG’,”);as someone else instructed. I did not have any rewrite rules in my .htaccess file, although there was a lot of space, could this have been deleted when deleting the plugin? There was also the line AddType x-httpd-php56 .php after end wordpress which I don’t think should be there, would this be from this plugin. I also deleted advanced-cache.php & the cache folder in WP Content.Thank you in advance for any help.
