Issues with utf8

We are having issues with the last update in Gut entor. All tildes like é á í are not showing correctly. I don’t know if it’s from Typo tha has been updated or internal error.

It was a problem with Gutenberg 8.7 that was solved in 8.7.1. This was my issue:
