Turns out that my 2 cards got ”frozen”
by the banks. Mastercard and Visa. Different issuers. “Fraud attempt”
Is there a way to fix this? So that my
customers can shop through Braintree without getting their cards frozen.
These 2 cards that I used has never been
frozen before. I have shopped with them online many times, worldwide.

Have you had reports from your customers about their cards being frozen?
The bank or card issuers putting limits on a card are not due to the extension but more the type and pattern of the transaction.
For the best advice around this, I’d recommend reaching out to your card issuer(s) and Braintree directly to ask for advice – our extension doesn’t have the control to do this.

I agree with Doug here, the gateway does not have any say in the declining of orders as it just responds based on the response from the processor.
