It does not reduce stock quantity

When I duplicate an order, the quantity isn’t reduced from the existing stock. I’ve already tried setting the new order status to “on hold” and “pending payment,” but in neither case does it deduct the stock quantity. If I change the order status to “processing,” it still doesn’t deduct from the existing stock.
