I tried the plugin, and it got stuck on creating the site. Anyway, a site was created in my account, but is an empty site.
Now, I only see this screen:

Yes, in LocalWP.
Requesting you to please re-try this, we did some changes to the backend code.
Vikas talked to me on Twitter and said me to reset the plugin. Now it worked!
