WooCommerce Upload My File is developed to upload files AFTER checkout, see also the FAQ.
Our PRO version has also the possibility to upload files BEFORE checkout.

i can not see any upload button AFTER checkout

When you have installed the plugin, enabled uploads and checked for the required status(es) you’ll find a upload button on the product detail page. Once an Order is processed a button will appear in the order overview page and a file upload screen will appear on order-detail page.
If this is not the case you could check if it is a error related to another plugin or theme.
Please check if it is working with a default WP Theme like Twenty Thirtheen and deactivate all plugins (Except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Upload My File of course) if this solves the problem.

You show me the “Thank you” page, after the order is processed.
The FREE version of WooCommerce Upload My File is not able to show upload fields on this part of WooCommerce.

As the plugin description tells: file upload screen will appear on order-detail page
So to answer your question:
– Uploads are not possible on ALL 4 steps.
– Uploads are possible on the ORDER DETAIL page: this is the page where your customers see their order. If your customers don’t have an account for your store they are not able to upload files in our FREE plugin.
Again: if you want more options you can always have a look at one of our PREMIUM plugins.
