    Can you confirm that custom login is activate and enabled on your server.

    Can you share me custom login setting page screenshot?

    Try to disable custom login and then deactivate it.

    Finally again activate it on your server and then enable custom login mode from plugin setting panel.

    Hi is it possible we can get version 1.3 until this is worked out. I just confirmed version 1.4 has the same problem as the previous user. I am using version 1.3 on a different site with no problem. Please disregard I have solved the problem…. see below post.

    Hi in the latest version of word press the plugin menu option is in a different place in the menu vs version 1.3 You have to go to the menu option Settings and it is located in a submenu under it. I am sure others may have this question… Please disregard my previous post…. Thanks.
