    after installed the plugin and completed the settings, the search module does not work on the product page. unable to associate products. It is useless.

    Hi @salviodj,

    We’re sorry to hear that it’s not working on your site. FYI, the free version of our plugin only supports simple products. If you search for variable or variations, they won’t be found.

    If you’re using the Premium version, you csn kindly contact our Support Forum https://wpc.ticksy.com/ to have our developers checking and making it work for your site.

    Hi there
    So it doesn’t even make sense to release a free version.
    Do you know that when you install a plugin and then delete it you have to optimize the database? Because you have to delete all its tables that the plugin leaves on the database.
    It would be very honest and appreciated if you tell users to download it first.
