It does not work capabilities in Store Manager

    Hi
    The role of Store Manager is granted all the capabilities of users see image https://prnt.sc/uyqoro

    However, once you enter this Store Manager role in the Users section, you can only view, you cannot edit and / or delete. see image https://prnt.sc/uyqt5b

    The Users, except the administrator and the Store Manager are all customers

    How should I solve this problem?

    Can you confirm that this is specific to WooCommerce Shop Manager or does it not work for any role?

    Hi

    I have not tested if it works with other roles.

    I only have an Administrator that works everything, Partners that is like clients, and that access to their account works, and Shop Manager, that has all the complete access to Wocomerce, plus access to be able to edit, delete, modify, etc., the accounts of customers who buy in store.

    The Shop Manager can do the rest of the things, but it cannot use all the capabilities that it has activated with the Users

    I’ve asked our Developer for investigating this issue, but he couldn’t reproduce it. Could you clear the cache and reload it to see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, the only other way I could troubleshoot would be directly on a site where this is happening.

    We have deleted the cache repeatedly, and that has not helped.

    I also have a page exactly the same on another server, and that is used for testing purposes, and I can also send you private access.

    Another option that I could try, is to eliminate the Manager Shop, and create a second administrator with less privileges than the main administrator …. is this possible?
