It does not work on a specific URL

Hi

When I want to show a pop up on a specific URL, it does not work. It only works on the homepage. Do you have an issue for this ?

Hi adademm,

If you have configured URL properly then it should work.

Can you please give us site URL on which you have setup Icegram message?

Also URL which you have configured in “Specific URLs on this site” option.

We will look into it.

The URL on which we have setup Icegram is “http://www.larevuedudigital.com/2014/11/mobile/montre-withings-elle-enregistre-votre-activite/”

Did you see something wrong in this ?

Please try with the latest 1.8.1 release. And possibly try a wildcard match like this:

http://www.larevuedudigital.com/2014/11/mobile/montre-withings*

Also, can you try another type of message – not a popup – action bar or something else – on that page? Sometimes there could be a conflict in JavaScript libraries leading to such problems.
