The only editable thing is the text and their order management rest no changes made. When I changed color and size it showed that on the live screen and when I updated it just came back to standard settings. Also, the three-liner menu is still visible on the desktop, even tho it’s for “pro” users.

We appreciate you bringing this problem to our attention. I want to assure you that this is a rare instance and normally Responsive Menu works as expected for most of the users.

From what you have described, most likely it appears that either some CSS is not loading properly or there may be a conflict with css from another theme or plugin.

May I suggest you try disabling other plugins to rule out any such conflicts? Similarly, try switching to a different theme to rule out any theme conflicts.

It would be very helpful if you could share a screenshot or any additional information that may help in investigating and resolving this problem.

You may also refer to our docs to see if the menu has been set up correctly.
