I just tried to go to the URL you provided and the page doesn’t load. I just get the following error:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Same thing happens if I try to go to your main site at http://www.naturaliasintesi.com/. I don’t know if there’s maybe something going on with your server. This could also be affecting the functionality of our plugin.
I don’t know what happened when you have tried to connect to my site but I open the page regularly. If I try to enter data into form fields I can not have any result
