it doesn't work anymore

HI,
thanks for this usefull tool, but after version installed ver 4.1 of wordpress it doesn’t work anymore.
I’m on a multisite environment and now when I click updates it doesn’t ask me for the key and password, it tries immediately to update plugins.
Anyone has this problem too?
