    It looks like website loads faster but this is not replaced:
    <link rel=’dns-prefetch’ href=’//fonts.googleapis.com’ />
    and a cookie is set spying on a visitor.
    The theme author doesn’t want to comply with GDPR.

    Have you been able to confirm that it’s not your theme that is adding the ‘dns-prefetch’?
