Looks like there is an issue if the animation is disabled!
Try to enable the animation by setting its interval to a value greater than zero, and tell if that gives expected results.
That does the trick but I would add in a failsafe function that if its 0 it doesn’t appear to do what it did when it was zero.

It’s supposed to simply switch tabs. This should be fixed in the next update.
