    Edit: I contact with them. They helped me and solved my problem. It was about SMTP settings. There is no problem at all now.

    I cannot send a form to myself. I tried this product. At first, i couldn’t send confirmation mails and copy mail to admin’s mail adress. Today, I cannot send form. I could before. It says “Something went wrong”. Actually they come to my entries box. I can see them. But it says, “Something went wrong” to customer. They think it didn’t send.
    And the other problem is that it doesn’t send a copy of the entry to my mail adress. And it doesn’t send a confirmation e mail to customer’s mail adress. I checked it many times.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the MetForm Plugin.

    I like to inform you that the “Something Went Wrong” response on form Submission usually occurs if some important configurations were not done or missed.

    This issue mainly happens if the Store Entries, Admin Notification, and SMTP are not enabled or configured properly. Sometimes due to caching plugins, you may also experience the ‘Something Went Wrong’ issue.

    All the above issues are not the issue of MetForm. These are the issues of those websites where the ” Something Went wrong” issue is showing. But we always assist our users to find out the issue and help them to solve this problem. We got a support ticket from you regarding this issue but you didn’t include any details about this issue. Actually, without any detailed information about any issue, it is very difficult to share any solution to that issue.

    We always check all the issues from our users with a higher priority. But, what disappoints us a bit is suddenly you’ve rated us one star! A one-star review can directly affect the reputation. I hope you can understand.

    I hope you will rethink the review after getting a resolution from us. Expecting your kind cooperation in this matter and we are always ready to assist you.
