• I didn’t upgrade, I used the free version of the plugin, and then I found that the performance of this plugin is not optimistic in mobile and pad, it is even placed under the product, I have to upgrade the plugin to make it adaptable on mobile and desktop?

    Hello!

Filters should appear also in the mobile version, just if you want them to show as a modal in mobile you will need the paid version.
You can check our live demo to see the difference from the free and from the paid version regarding this matter.
In your case, it seems it has to do with your page layout, so, please, try to check if the side area puts the content after the products in mobile in your layout, maybe changing the theme for a default wp one.

Also, I suggest you to check the link you shared, as it allows connection to your backend, so I suggest you to remove it and share a link to the page with the filters.

Let us know if you have any more doubts or issues.
